Which plans include answer tests?
Every plan, including Free. Plans differ only in the monthly number of test runs: 50 on Free, 300 on Starter, 1,000 on Pro, 3,000 on Turbo, and unlimited on Custom. One run is one test checked once.
Do test runs use my AI messages?
Do test runs use my AI messages?
No. Test runs have their own monthly limit and never count toward your AI messages.
Can a test change anything in my store or CRM?
Can a test change anything in my store or CRM?
No. During a test, tools that change data (cancel an order, create a booking, send a form) never run; the chatbot is told the action succeeded so the rest of the reply can be checked. Lookups such as order status run live unless you add a mock reply.
How does BubblaV decide if a test passed?
How does BubblaV decide if a test passed?
An AI grader compares the chatbot's reply with the expected behavior you wrote and gives a pass or fail with a short reason. If you name a tool or flow the chatbot must use, the test also fails when it was not used.
Do flows run during a test?
Do flows run during a test?
No. BubblaV checks which flow the message would start and shows it as "Flow would start". No flow step runs.
