How do I enable GA4 tracking?

You must enable the integration in your Project Dashboard under the Integrations tab. Once enabled, it automatically detects your GA4 or GTM setup.

What events are tracked?

We track events like `bubblav_chat_opened`, `bubblav_chat_closed`, `bubblav_message_sent`, and `bubblav_search_query`. See our documentation for the full list.

Does this work with Google Tag Manager?

Yes. If GTM is detected, we push events to the Data Layer, allowing you to configure custom tags and triggers in GTM.

Can I disable tracking?

Yes, you can easily disable tracking by deactivating the Google Analytics integration in your dashboard.
