BubblaV integrates with HubSpot Service Hub using OAuth 2.0 through a project-based HubSpot app. When a customer escalates from AI chat to human support, BubblaV creates a Service Hub ticket, syncs or creates the contact record, and attaches the full conversation transcript as a timeline note. The integration can also trigger HubSpot workflows based on conversation tags or intents.

The HubSpot integration uses OAuth 2.0 and requires scopes for Service Hub tickets, contacts, and timeline events. The exact scopes are configured in our HubSpot project-based app. We only request the minimum permissions needed for ticket creation, contact management, and timeline logging.

Yes! You can configure pipeline ID, stage ID, and owner assignment for tickets. You can also set up workflow triggers that enroll contacts into HubSpot workflows when specific tags or intents appear in conversations. These settings are configurable through our dashboard.

Absolutely. We use HubSpot's official OAuth 2.0 authentication with automatic token refresh. All API calls are encrypted, and we never store your HubSpot credentials in plain text. We comply with GDPR, SOC 2, and other data protection standards.
