How does the Stripe integration work?

BubblaV is a Stripe app. Install it from the Stripe Marketplace — Stripe grants BubblaV read access, and the chatbot then looks customers up by email to retrieve subscription, invoice, and payment data.

What Stripe permissions are required?

Nothing to configure — the marketplace install grants the access BubblaV needs: read access to customers, subscriptions, invoices, charges, payment methods, products, and prices.

How are customers identified?

The chatbot looks up the customer in Stripe by the email address they give. It only answers when that email matches a customer record in your Stripe account. Only the card brand and last four digits are ever shown.

Does this work for accounts in all regions?

Customer lookup uses Stripe's customer search API, which Stripe does not offer in the India region. The chatbot cannot find customers on India-based Stripe accounts.
