BubblaV connects to your Stripe account using a restricted API key. When customers ask billing questions, the chatbot securely looks up their account by email and retrieves subscription, invoice, and payment data from Stripe's API.

We recommend creating a restricted API key with read-only access to: Customers, Subscriptions, Invoices, Charges, Payment Methods, and Products. To allow the chatbot to generate management links, you also need to enable "Billing Portal" write permissions.

Customers are verified by their email address. The chatbot only provides billing information to verified users whose email matches a customer record in your Stripe account. Card numbers are always masked for security.
