• Generate a knowledge base from these data sources.

• Access analytics and reporting related to your chatbot's performance.

The Service relies on third-party AI models and data processing services. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of the chatbot's responses, which are generated based on the knowledge data you provide.

5. User Content and Data Sources

• **Ownership:** You retain all rights to the data sources and knowledge data you provide to the Service.
• **License to BubblaV:** You grant BubblaV a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display the data sources and knowledge data solely for the purpose of operating, improving, and providing the Service to you.
• **Responsibility:** You are solely responsible for the legality, reliability, accuracy, and appropriateness of the data sources and knowledge data you provide. You must ensure that you have all necessary rights and permissions to provide such data to us.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Uploading or transmitting any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

In no event shall BubblaV or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the Service, even if BubblaV or a BubblaV authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BubblaV, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) that such parties may incur as a result of or arising from your (or anyone using your account's) violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
