You connect Calendly with OAuth. When a customer wants to meet, the AI can show your meeting types and open times from the next 7 days, and book the time the customer picks. It can also find a customer’s meetings by email and show Cancel and Reschedule buttons.

The chatbot can show your active meeting types, show open times, book a picked time, find meetings by email, cancel a meeting, and reschedule a meeting. Rescheduling cancels the original meeting and then opens your Calendly calendar so the customer can pick a new time.

Open the Calendly integration in your dashboard and click Connect. Calendly asks you to allow BubblaV access. No API key is needed, and the connection renews itself in the background. If it ever breaks, click Reconnect.

Yes. A customer gives their email address and the chatbot shows their upcoming meetings, each with Cancel and Reschedule buttons.

The meeting is created in your Calendly account, and Calendly sends its usual confirmation. BubblaV also saves the visitor’s name and email as a lead.

You can connect on any Calendly plan. Booking a time directly in the chat uses Calendly’s Scheduling API, which Calendly offers only on paid plans. On the Free plan, the chatbot still shows open times and sends the customer to your Calendly booking page to finish. Meeting types that ask the customer to choose a location also open the booking page.
