Our Zoho Commerce integration connects to your store via OAuth 2.0 using the Zoho Commerce API. During setup we automatically discover your store and link the AI to your product catalog and sales orders, so it can provide accurate, real-time support.

The AI can access your active products (names, prices, stock, descriptions) and your sales orders. We only request read-only scopes — ZohoCommerce.items.READ, ZohoCommerce.salesorders.READ, and ZohoCommerce.sitesIndex.READ — so the AI can never modify your store.

Yes! Customers provide their order number and email, and the AI looks up the sales order in real time — status, payment state, and shipment tracking numbers included.

BubblaV connects to the first active store on your Zoho account during the OAuth flow. Make sure the store you want is active before connecting.

For the chatbot to talk to your customers, add your BubblaV widget snippet in Zoho Commerce under Site Settings → General Settings → Header and Footer Code. It takes about two minutes.
What happens if my connection expires?
What happens if my connection expires?
BubblaV refreshes your Zoho access token automatically. If you ever revoke access from the Zoho side, the chatbot will stop answering store questions and the dashboard will prompt you to reconnect.
