How does BubblaV connect to Spoks?
How does BubblaV connect to Spoks?
BubblaV connects to Spoks' hosted MCP server with OAuth sign-in on app.spoks.com. The tool list is read from the server, so it follows what your Spoks account offers. Re-sync from the integration page to pick up new tools.

Copilot, the assistant in your BubblaV dashboard, can draft and edit campaigns, search contacts, preview and save segments, read flows, and report campaign performance including attributed revenue. It cannot send, schedule, activate, or delete anything. These tools are never exposed to website visitors.

You can connect Spoks on every BubblaV plan, including the free one. The tools are used by Copilot, which lives in the live support inbox. That inbox is part of the Pro plan.

Spoks is built for Shopify. Shopify-powered tools (products, discounts) work when your Spoks account is connected to your Shopify store.

We use OAuth with PKCE. Tokens are exchanged server-side, stored encrypted, and refreshed automatically.

Yes. Revoke access from your Spoks account or disconnect the integration from your BubblaV dashboard at any time.
