Connect and test

Follow these five steps to connect your rooms and test guest answers.

    Choose your BubblaV website

    Create or select the BubblaV website for your hotel. You need edit access to that website.
  2. 02

    Generate iCal export URLs

    In Sirvoy, go to Settings → Channels → iCal → Connect property and click New export URL for each room. This needs Sirvoy Pro.
  3. 03

    Connect in the dashboard

    In Dashboard → your website → Integrations → Built-in Integrations → Sirvoy, click Connect. Paste your booking engine link (Sirvoy Web tools → Booking engines → Install → Booking & contact page), then add each room's name and iCal export URL.

    BubblaV adds the tools

    BubblaV checks that every feed returns a calendar and adds the two Sirvoy tools to your chatbot.

    Test with real dates

    Ask the chatbot which rooms are free for a set of dates, then ask where to book.

What to know before connecting Sirvoy to BubblaV.

How do I connect Sirvoy?

In Sirvoy, go to Settings → Channels → iCal → Connect property and click New export URL for each room. Copy your booking engine link from Web tools → Booking engines → Install → Booking & contact page. Then open Dashboard → your website → Integrations → Built-in Integrations → Sirvoy, click Connect, paste the link and add each room with its export URL. See the setup guide for the full steps.

What can the chatbot do with Sirvoy?

It checks which rooms are free or booked for the guest's check-in and check-out dates, and sends guests to your Sirvoy booking engine. It cannot create, change or cancel bookings.

Why are there no prices?

Sirvoy does not offer an open API and its iCal export feeds contain no prices. The chatbot sends guests to your booking engine, where they see prices and book.

Do I need Sirvoy Pro?

Yes. iCal export is part of Sirvoy Pro. The BubblaV integration itself is available on all BubblaV plans.

How current is the availability?

Sirvoy updates its iCal export a few minutes after a booking changes, and BubblaV keeps each feed for up to 5 minutes. So availability can lag a few minutes behind Sirvoy.

Why did Connect say a feed did not return a calendar?

Copy each room's export URL again from Sirvoy Settings → Channels → iCal and make sure your Sirvoy plan includes iCal export. The error names the rooms that failed.

How do I change my rooms or links?

Use the Sirvoy card in Dashboard → Integrations, click Disconnect, and connect again with the updated booking link and room list.
