Connect Mailchimp
Click Connect in your BubblaV dashboard and approve access in Mailchimp. This needs the Pro plan or higher. - 02
Choose an audience
On the settings page that opens, pick the Mailchimp audience. Until you do, nothing syncs. - 03
Pick the opt-in mode
Keep double opt-in, or choose single opt-in. Decide whether other chat leads are saved as non-subscribed contacts. - 04
Set your tags
Add up to 10 tags that BubblaV applies to every contact it sends. - 05
Collect leads
New leads and chatbot signups appear in your Mailchimp audience.

Does BubblaV email every chat lead from Mailchimp?
No. Only visitors who ask to join your newsletter or mailing list are subscribed, and by default Mailchimp first emails them a confirmation link. Other leads are saved as non-subscribed contacts that get no campaigns. You can switch this off in the settings.
What happens to people who are already in my audience?
What happens to people who are already in my audience?
Other leads never change an existing member's status. BubblaV resubscribes someone who unsubscribed or is non-subscribed only when they ask to subscribe again. Mailchimp may send that person a confirmation email first. Bounced addresses are never added again.
Which data does BubblaV send to Mailchimp?

The email address, the first and last name when known, and your tags. It does not send phone numbers.

The integration needs the BubblaV Pro plan or higher. Non-subscribed contacts may count toward your Mailchimp contact limit, so check your Mailchimp plan.
Can I disconnect later?

Yes. Disconnect Mailchimp from your BubblaV dashboard at any time. BubblaV deletes the stored access, and contacts already in Mailchimp stay there.
