Which Google file types are supported?
Google Docs (documents), Google Sheets (spreadsheets), and Google Slides (presentations) are supported. Other file types in Google Drive are not synced.
How are Google Sheets synced?
How are Google Sheets synced?
Sheets are exported as CSV. Only the first sheet of a spreadsheet is read. Long content is split into smaller pieces so the AI can find the right part.
Does it access all my Google Drive files?

No. You browse your Google Drive and select specific files to add. Only the files you explicitly choose are synced to your knowledge base.

What permissions does BubblaV request?
We request Google Drive file scope (drive.file) and users select files through Google Picker grants. We never write to or modify your files.
How often does the sync run?
How often does the sync run?
When you add a file, BubblaV syncs it right away. After that, the Free plan has no automatic re-sync. Paid plans re-sync on a schedule that depends on the plan, for example weekly on Pro.

On the next sync cycle, BubblaV detects changed files based on the last modified time and re-syncs only those files.
