BubblaV connects to your Cal.com account with OAuth. When customers want to schedule a meeting, the AI shows your Cal.com event types and helps them book directly in the chat. Each booking is captured as a lead in your BubblaV dashboard with the attendee’s details.

Open the Cal.com integration in your dashboard and click Connect. You’ll be redirected to Cal.com to authorize BubblaV using secure PKCE OAuth — no API keys or client secrets for you to manage. Available on all plans.

Does it support Cal.eu (the European instance)?
Yes. Both the global instance (app.cal.com) and the European instance (app.cal.eu) are supported. Your Cal.com OAuth client and account must be on the same instance; the integration can be pointed at the EU endpoints for Cal.eu accounts.

Only what’s needed: BOOKING_READ and BOOKING_WRITE (view/create bookings), EVENT_TYPE_READ (show your meeting types), and PROFILE_READ (verify the connection). You can review and revoke access anytime from your Cal.com account.
