    Open the BubblaV listing in the Claude directory and select Connect. Or, in Claude, add a custom connector with the URL https://www.bubblav.com/mcp.

    Sign in to BubblaV

    Claude opens the BubblaV sign-in page. Pick the website to connect and approve. No API key, no config files.

    Ask in Claude

    “How is my chatbot doing?”, “What should I add to my knowledge base?”, or “Make the bot friendlier.” Claude calls BubblaV for you.

Common questions about connecting BubblaV to Claude.

How do I add BubblaV to Claude?

Click “Add to Claude” on this page to open the BubblaV listing in the Claude directory, then select Connect. You can also open Customize → Connectors in Claude and search for BubblaV, or add a custom connector with the URL https://www.bubblav.com/mcp.

Does it work in Claude Code?

Yes. Run /plugin marketplace add bubblav-org/bubblav-claude, then /plugin install bubblav@bubblav. The plugin adds the BubblaV MCP server and two skills: add-chat-widget and manage-custom-tools. BubblaV also works in claude.ai, Claude Desktop, Claude mobile, and Cowork.

Do I need an API key?

No. Claude connects with OAuth: sign in to BubblaV and pick a website. BubblaV then creates an API key labeled “Claude” for the connection. Revoke that key to disconnect.

Will Claude change my chatbot without asking?

Claude asks before it runs a tool that changes or deletes data, such as deleting knowledge or changing the widget. Read-only tools, such as reports and searches, can run without a prompt. You can change this per tool in Claude’s connector settings.

What are the rate limits?

Free includes 100 MCP calls per month, Pro includes 5,000, and Custom is unlimited. MCP calls do not count against your chat messages.

What data can Claude see?

One connection gives access to one website (chatbot). Conversations and leads can contain your visitors’ names, email addresses, and messages, and Claude sees this data when a tool returns it. To connect a different website, revoke the Claude key and connect again.
