BubblaV integrates with Litium through both the Admin API (REST) and Storefront API (GraphQL). The Admin API enables order tracking, return creation, and customer order history using OAuth (Client ID + Client Secret). The Storefront API powers AI product search using GraphQL queries with a Storefront API token. You can enable either or both APIs based on your needs.

When Storefront API is configured, BubblaV uses Litium's GraphQL Storefront API to search your product catalog in real-time. Customers can describe what they're looking for in natural language, and the AI will find matching products, filter by product attributes and facets, and provide intelligent recommendations. The search supports dynamic facet filtering based on your Litium catalog structure.

Absolutely. We use OAuth 2.0 authentication for Admin API calls and secure API tokens for Storefront API. All API calls are encrypted over HTTPS, and we never store sensitive customer payment information. Credentials are stored securely in our database.
