Manual Content Addition
In addition to automatically crawling your website, you can manually add content to your chatbot's knowledge base. This is useful for ensuring that all of your important content is included, even if it's not easily discoverable by a crawler.
Methods for Manual Addition
- Sitemaps: If you have a sitemap, you can add its URL to your dashboard. This is a great way to tell our crawler about all the pages on your website.
- Add Individual Pages: You can add the URLs of individual pages that you want to make sure are included in the crawl.
- Sub-Websites: If you have content on other websites (like a blog on a subdomain), you can add them as sub-websites to be crawled.
How to Add Manual Content
- Go to the "Tuning" or "Sources" tab in your dashboard.
- You will find sections for adding sitemaps, individual pages, and sub-websites.
- Enter the URLs and save your changes. Our crawler will then fetch the content from these sources.
