Your Current Plan
You can view your current subscription details, including your plan name, price, next billing date, and included features, in the "Subscription & Billing" section of your dashboard.
Key Actions
- Upgrade/Downgrade Plan: Change your subscription to a different tier based on your needs.
- Billing History: View past invoices and payment details.
- Cancel Subscription: You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your chatbot will continue to function until the end of your current billing period, and your account will then revert to the free plan.
