Add Suggestions
Adding suggestions is one of the most effective ways to improve your chatbot's performance. Suggestions are specific questions and answers that you provide, giving your chatbot a 'cheat sheet' for important topics.
How to Add Suggestions
- Go to the "Tuning" tab in your dashboard.
- Click on the "Suggestions" section.
- You'll see a form to add a new suggestion.
- Enter a question that a user might ask, and then provide the perfect answer.
- Save your suggestion, and it will be immediately available to your chatbot.
Tip
You can view conversations your chatbot has had with users to see what questions are being asked. This is a great way to find new ideas for suggestions.
