Customizing Chatbot Messages
BubblaV allows you to tailor the language and content of your chatbot's interactions to match your brand's voice and provide a more personalized experience for your users.
Welcome Message
This is the first message users see when they open the chatbot. Craft a welcoming and informative message that sets the tone for the interaction.
Fallback Messages
These messages are displayed when the chatbot doesn't understand a user's query or cannot find a relevant answer. Provide helpful alternatives, such as directing them to human support or suggesting common questions.

Call-to-Action (CTA) Text
Customize the text for buttons or links that guide users to specific actions, like "Learn More," "Contact Support," or "Visit Product Page."
Text Customization Options
Beyond the content of messages, you can also control various text elements within the chatbot interface.
Input Placeholder Text
The text displayed in the message input field before the user types anything (e.g., "Type your message here...").
Chat Header Title
The title displayed at the top of the chat window (e.g., "How can I help you today?").
Font Selection
