Colors and Branding
Learn how to customize the colors and branding of your chatbot to match your website's design.
Customizing Chatbot Colors
BubblaV allows you to easily change the color scheme of your chatbot to align with your brand identity. You can typically find these options in your dashboard under the "Design" or "Appearance" settings.
Primary Color
This color is used for key elements like the chat header, send button, and interactive components. Choose a color that complements your website's primary palette.
Secondary Color
Used for accents, links, and other less prominent elements. This can be a lighter or darker shade of your primary color, or a complementary color from your brand guide.
Background Color
The background color of the chat window. A neutral color like white or light gray often works best to ensure readability.
Text Color
Ensure sufficient contrast between text and background colors for optimal readability. You can usually set distinct colors for user messages and chatbot responses.
Branding Options
Beyond colors, you can also incorporate your brand's visual elements into the chatbot.
Chatbot Avatar/Logo
Upload your company logo or a custom avatar for your chatbot. This appears in the chat header and helps users recognize your brand.
Welcome Message
Craft a personalized welcome message that reflects your brand's tone of voice. This is the first interaction users have with your chatbot.
