How to Create a Custom Integration
- Go to the "Integrations" tab in your dashboard.
- In the "Custom Tools" section, click the "Create New Tool" button.
- You will need to provide information about your API, including the endpoint URL, authentication details, and a description of what the tool does.
- Once you've configured your tool, your chatbot will be able to use it to interact with your API.
What Can Custom Integrations Do?
With custom integrations, you can connect your chatbot to almost anything, such as:
- Internal databases
- Proprietary company software
- Third-party services that we don't have a pre-built integration for
