Once your account is deleted, all your data, including websites, conversations, and settings, will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
Before You Delete
- Download Your Data: Consider downloading a copy of your data before deleting your account.
- Cancel Subscriptions: Ensure all active subscriptions are canceled to avoid future charges.
- Remove Chatbot Code: Remove the chatbot script from your websites to prevent errors.
How to Delete Your Account
- Go to your "Account Settings" in the dashboard.
- Look for a section like "Delete Account" or "Account Management."
- Follow the on-screen instructions, which will likely include a confirmation step (e.g., entering your password or typing a specific word).
What Happens After Deletion
- Immediate Access Loss: You will immediately lose access to your BubblaV dashboard and services.
- Data Removal: Your data will be queued for permanent deletion from our servers. This process may take some time to complete fully.
- No Recovery: Deleted data cannot be recovered.
